RetaHQ Shipping Information

We process orders quickly and provide tracking once your shipment is prepared. Delivery times may vary based on carrier scans, customs, holidays, and destination.

USA Shipping

Estimated delivery:
2–4 business days after processing.

Canada Shipping

Estimated delivery:
5–10 business days after processing.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery:
10–14 business days after processing.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders are not prepared for shipment until payment has been successfully received.

Processing may be delayed during high-volume periods.
Weekend and holiday orders may process the next business day.
Incorrect shipping details may delay fulfillment.

Tracking Updates

Tracking details are provided once a shipment is created. Carrier updates may not appear immediately after the label is generated.

Carrier scans can take 24–48 hours to appear.
Tracking may pause during carrier transfer or customs review.
No movement does not always mean the package is lost.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can happen due to weather, customs, carrier volume, address issues, or regional service disruptions.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update or redirect the package.

Lost, Stalled, or Returned Packages

If your tracking has no movement for several business days, contact support with your order details. RetaHQ will review the shipment and assist where possible. Reshipments or other resolutions are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Please note: carrier delays, customs delays, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, and returned packages are outside of RetaHQ’s direct control.
